BAFF Alumni Mentorship Program participants and ambassadors from Lithuania had the unique opportunity to meet with Jurga Šeduikytė – the singer, author, and inspirational speaker. To encourage us to change our attitude toward negative emotions, Jurga shared her personal story and techniques, and gave us a chance to practice some of them.
